🔄 Returns:

• Free return shipping

• 10% restocking fee
  

• You can return items within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

💰 Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

📦 Exchanges:

• Need a different size or style? Exchanges are available based on stock availability.

• Contact us at support@auradeluxe.com before sending your item for exchange instructions.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — shipping on these cases is covered by us.
